How long have you been in business?
We're in our 10th year of business.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is pre-owned Cisco Systems and Managed IT Services. We specialize in buying and selling Used Cisco.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I originally pursued a professional baseball career which ended due to an injury. I then went to a trade school (Microsoft, MCSE) and really enjoyed learning about technology. To get my feet wet, I joined a local VAR in 1997. After a few years of buying and selling used Cisco, the entrepreneur in me opened up T3 Systems and we've been going strong ever since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different because of our knowledge of the refurb equipment market number one. This allows us to save our customers thousands of dollars on hardware along with having some of the industries leading engineers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location and will be expanding to the Bay Area in 2010.

We are near the corner of Cirby and Vernon in Roseville.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or check, and will extend terms to selected companies.
Which areas do you service?
We service Sacramento, Davis, Elk Grove, El Dorado Hills, Auburn, and Lincoln.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the President/CEO.
What are your hours of operation?
7:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. Our Managed Service division is 24/7/365.
